Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential veteran records using VA systems
- Process administrative documents with 99% accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate veteran appointments and correspondence
- Assist with data entry and report generation
- Support office operations and supply management
- Provide excellent customer service to veterans and staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA background clearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week
- Basic knowledge of federal records management
