Responsibilities
- Manage departmental calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Process confidential documents, records, and correspondence with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service to state employees and the public
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, report generation, and communication
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement requests, and inventory management
- Support special projects and event coordination as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative or clerical experience
