Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran records using federal databases
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Perform data entry with 98% accuracy in compliance with VA guidelines
- Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and document management
- Assist with veteran benefit applications and eligibility verification
- Support team projects through research, documentation, and reporting
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (no college experience needed)
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
