Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veterans' records using federal databases
- Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate departments
- Prepare correspondence and official documents in compliance with federal guidelines
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management for department staff
- Support data entry and record-keeping operations
- Distribute mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Provide frontline customer service to veterans and their families
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
