Responsibilities
- Design scalable neural architectures for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Develop quantum-AI hybrid computing frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing cutting-edge AI solutions
- Create ethical AI governance frameworks for future deployment
- Research and integrate emergent technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Develop predictive models for AI societal impact analysis
- Architect secure-by-design AI systems with zero-trust architectures
- Present strategic AI roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 10+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and generative AI
- Proven track record of deploying production-scale AI systems (>100M users)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing principles and QML frameworks
- Certification in AI ethics (IEEE, ACM) and security (CISSP)
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Strong background in AI safety and alignment research
