Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define ethical AI principles and governance policies
- Advise engineering teams on ethical AI development practices and responsible data usage
- Proactively identify emerging AI ethics risks and mitigation strategies
- Represent the company in industry ethics coalitions and regulatory forums
- Drive continuous improvement of ethical AI protocols through research and innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep expertise in bias detection, algorithmic fairness, and interpretability techniques
- Proven experience developing AI governance frameworks for commercial applications
- Strong familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Publication record or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible AI
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams
