Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Establish partnerships with policymakers, academia, and industry coalitions on responsible AI
- Create AI ethics training programs for 500+ engineers and product managers
- Conduct risk assessments for emerging AI applications including generative systems
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for industry publications and conferences
- Oversee compliance with evolving international AI standards and regulations
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record designing enterprise-wide AI ethics programs
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Deep understanding of technical AI systems including ML pipelines and LLMs
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) or equivalent credentials
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI policy matters
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
