Responsibilities

- Monitor global AI policy developments and translate into actionable guidelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems (e.g., fairness metrics, adversarial testing)
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Strong technical aptitude to collaborate with engineering teams
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across diverse organizational levels
- Published work or certifications in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification)
- Portfolio demonstrating applied AI ethics projects
