Qualifications

- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Published work on algorithmic bias or AI ethics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Expertise in quantitative bias assessment tools
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals
