Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI (NIST, ISO/IEC)
- Proven experience conducting algorithmic bias assessments
- Deep understanding of human-centered design principles
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAG, AI Governance Professional)
