Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems
- Conduct bias audits across large-scale machine learning models using proprietary analysis tools
- Develop explainable AI protocols for quantum-enhanced decision engines
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for new AI product launches
- Create industry compliance standards for generative AI content verification
- Partner with legal teams to navigate evolving AI regulatory landscapes
- Mentor junior engineers in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, bias mitigation, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python and ML bias detection libraries (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI
- Experience working with quantum computing interfaces
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
