Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Strong familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST frameworks
- Experience with cross-functional tech ethics initiatives
- Published work on AI ethics or policy
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
