Responsibilities
- Manage Federal IT Systems: Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of federal IT infrastructure and networks.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to strict federal security standards, including NIST and FISMA regulations.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and guidance to federal personnel, resolving complex IT issues efficiently.
- Project Implementation: Assist in the planning and execution of federal technology projects, including upgrades and deployments.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, security protocols, and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold or be eligible for a Secret Security Clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Cisco CCNA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of network protocols, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and virtualization technologies.
