Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based federal IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards and regulations.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal systems.
- Perform regular system audits, backups, and disaster recovery testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable IT solutions for federal clients.
- Document technical configurations, processes, and procedures accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, and Cisco networking.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
