Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for 2026-level autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits across machine learning pipelines using adversarial testing
- Develop explainability protocols for deep neural networks with 10M+ parameters
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in regulatory bodies and industry forums
- Train engineers on responsible AI development through our NeuroEthics curriculum
- Lead incident response for ethical breaches in production AI systems
- Publish whitepapers on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles at tech scale-ups
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Proficiency with adversarial machine learning techniques
- Experience working with quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Certification in Responsible AI from recognized institutions
