Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026+ deployment in autonomous systems, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to develop quantum-resistant neural networks
- Translate emerging AI research into patentable enterprise solutions
- Advise C-suite on AI ethics, governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Present at Davos and global AI summits representing Horizon's vision
- Mentor PhD researchers in our 2026 Innovation Accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML/Cognitive Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on transformers, generative AI, or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record deploying AI systems at $100M+ scale
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety, or synthetic biology
- Fluency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks
- Portfolio of 3+ industry-shaping AI projects deployed pre-2025
