Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives in quantum-AI convergence and neuromorphic computing
- Create ethical frameworks for next-generation AI deployment and governance
- Partner with stakeholders to implement future-ready digital transformation strategies
- Author white papers and roadmaps for emerging technology adoption
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams on emerging AI paradigms and applications
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative models
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI systems at scale
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and their AI applications
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with cloud-native AI deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps
