- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent industry experience
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in federated learning and explainable AI systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to enterprise level
- Strong background in human-computer interaction design
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI implementation projects
