Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models for real-time inference and high-volume processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of Agentic AI workflows to automate complex business logic and decision-making.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) for reduced latency, improved token accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, version control, and automated deployment.
- Conduct rigorous model evaluation and A/B testing to drive continuous performance improvements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
