Job Description
We are seeking a visionary AI Research Scientist to lead our R&D division into the cutting-edge technologies of 2026. In this role, you will bridge the gap between classical Generative AI and emerging Quantum Computing paradigms. You will be instrumental in developing next-generation algorithms that redefine human-machine interaction and solve complex computational challenges.
Why Join Us?
Our mission is to build the infrastructure for the next century of intelligence. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility with access to the world's most powerful quantum processors and GPU clusters. This is an opportunity to define the roadmap for the future of technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models with a focus on neural architecture search and generative diffusion processes.
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to integrate quantum annealing solvers into classical deep learning pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML).
- Optimize inference latency and accuracy for real-time generative applications in autonomous systems.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates within the AI ethics and safety team.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Information Science.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, specifically within Generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, Transformers).
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow with experience in distributed training frameworks.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of leading cross-functional technical projects.
