Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for our AI product line, specifically targeting 2026 milestones and beyond.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends in generative AI and automation.
- Manage a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deliver high-impact features.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI model deployment and accuracy.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, including CES and AI Summit 2026.
- Oversee the integration of AI tools into legacy systems to future-proof our infrastructure.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to evolving AI regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and large language models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets to drive decision-making.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
