Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for carbon footprint prediction and resource allocation optimization
- Develop AI-driven sustainability dashboards providing real-time ESG analytics for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing sustainability frameworks
- Research emerging green AI technologies and publish findings in industry journals
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop energy-efficient computing infrastructure
- Present quarterly progress reports to C-suite executives and sustainability boards
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch with proven ML deployment success
- Strong background in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, ISO 14064)
- Published research in AI for sustainability or climate tech
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and edge computing architectures
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in AI Ethics or Sustainable Technology preferred
