Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of critical federal infrastructure. You will work independently during off-peak hours to ensure business continuity and system reliability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage federal IT infrastructure and network systems on a 24/7 basis.
- Execute critical system patches, updates, and security protocols during low-traffic periods.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues affecting government operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal cybersecurity standards and regulations.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate system logs.
Qualifications
- Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AWS/Azure, Windows Server, and Linux administration.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
