Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for 2026, aligning technical goals with business objectives to drive growth and innovation.
- R&D Leadership: Lead the research and development efforts in emerging fields such as Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Post-Quantum Cryptography, and Edge Computing.
- Architecture & Infrastructure: Oversee the transition to cloud-native architectures and microservices, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Team Building: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performance engineering team of 50+ diverse talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and investors, to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure ethical AI usage and strict data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role (CTO, CIO, or VP of Engineering).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and serverless computing.
- Innovation: Demonstrated track record of implementing disruptive technologies and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
