Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure supporting federal healthcare applications
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and cybersecurity incident response for classified systems
- Lead cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure with FedRAMP compliance
- Manage IT service delivery including help desk operations and system monitoring
- Develop technical documentation and SOPs for federal IT governance
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on HITECH and HIPAA compliance initiatives
- Mentor junior staff on federal IT security protocols (NIST 800-53)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive IT experience with federal systems (GS-11 equivalent)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Certification in CompTIA Security+ or CISSP
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Experience with federal procurement processes (FAR Part 7)
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Python) for automation
- Demonstrated project management using federal methodologies
