Responsibilities
- Deliver mail to residential and business customers along an assigned route in a timely and accurate manner.
- Sort and organize mail efficiently before delivery to ensure no delays.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Operate a delivery vehicle (PSE or CCA) safely and adhere to all traffic laws.
- Manage and maintain the proper care of the assigned vehicle and equipment.
- Perform related clerical duties such as collecting fees and obtaining signatures when necessary.
- Work in all weather conditions and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (CDL not required for entry-level).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or national, or a lawful permanent resident.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and a drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
