Responsibilities

  • Manage and preserve official city records, meeting minutes, and legislative archives in compliance with retention schedules.

  • Coordinate and schedule City Council meetings and board of directors sessions, ensuring full compliance with the Brown Act and open meeting laws.
  • Act as the custodian of the City Seal and official signatures, attesting to documents as required.

Qualifications
