Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years municipal government or public sector experience
- Advanced knowledge of Illinois election laws and municipal record statutes
- Proficiency in records management systems (e.g., Laserfiche, SharePoint)
- Strong project management and cross-departmental coordination skills
- Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation preferred
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
