- Administer and maintain all official city records, ordinances, and meeting minutes
- Oversee municipal election processes including voter registration and ballot management
- Manage public records requests and ensure compliance with open records laws
- Coordinate city council meetings, agendas, and documentation
- Issue official permits, licenses, and municipal certifications
- Lead digital records modernization initiatives
- Train staff on records management protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years records management or municipal government experience
- Proficiency in records management software (e.g., Laserfiche, OnBase)
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania Sunshine Act and open records laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PA Notary Public certification preferred
- Experience managing election processes
