Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all official city records, including ordinances, resolutions, and minutes of meetings with the utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, packets, and minutes for the City Commission and Board meetings, ensuring timely distribution to all stakeholders.
