- Serve as custodian of city seal and official documents
- Lead records management digitization initiatives for enhanced accessibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of municipal government or records management experience
- Deep knowledge of Illinois election law and open records statutes
- Advanced proficiency in records management software (e.g., Laserfiche, DocuWare)
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance for critical documents
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality
- Illinois Notary Public certification required
