- Develop records retention policies and document management systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years municipal government or records management experience
- Arizona Notary Public certification required
- Expertise in Arizona Revised Statutes Title 9 (Elections) and Title 11 (Records)
- Advanced proficiency in records management software (e.g., Laserfiche)
- Exceptional written communication and public speaking abilities
- Proven project management skills for election administration
