Responsibilities

- Prepare agendas, minutes, and documentation for City Council meetings
- Administer oaths of office and public notary services
- Coordinate interdepartmental records management systems
- Act as primary liaison for public inquiries regarding municipal procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of municipal government or public records management experience
- Ohio Notary Public commission (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Advanced proficiency in records management software and document imaging systems
- Thorough knowledge of Ohio public records laws and municipal governance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
