- Manage public records requests and ensure compliance with Ohio Sunshine Laws
- Administer oaths of office and maintain official city documentation
- Coordinate municipal elections and voter registration processes
- Support City Council meetings with agenda preparation and procedural guidance
- Develop and implement records retention policies
- Act as liaison between citizens and government officials
- Oversee city seal usage and document authentication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of municipal records management experience
- Expertise in Ohio public records laws and municipal procedures
- Advanced proficiency in document management systems
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with election administration processes
