Responsibilities

  • Record Management: Oversee the creation, preservation, and storage of all official city documents, ordinances, and resolutions.
  • Meeting Administration: Prepare agendas, draft and certify meeting minutes, and coordinate logistics for the City Council and Commission meetings.
  • Public Information: Serve as the primary point of contact for public records requests in compliance with state and federal transparency laws.
