- Provide legislative support to the City Council, including agenda preparation and minute-keeping
- Coordinate city clerk functions with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain official city seals and records certification for legal and historical purposes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of municipal government or public sector experience
- California Election Official certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proficiency in records management systems and document automation tools
- Deep knowledge of California Government Code and municipal governance principles
