Responsibilities
- Process and maintain official city records, permits, and licenses with meticulous accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate public meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minute documentation
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure compliance with record retention policies
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting
- Support interdepartmental communication and document distribution
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date departmental databases
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative/clerical experience in government or public sector
