Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and enforce facility rules 24/7
- Conduct regular security checks and headcounts
- Respond to emergencies and incidents with tactical precision
- Process inmate admissions and releases with documentation
- Maintain detailed incident reports and daily logs
- Operate security systems and control room equipment
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during critical events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Driver's License
- Must pass background check and physical fitness test
- Basic First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Experience in security or law enforcement preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must be U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old
