Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and ensure facility security during night shifts
- Conduct regular patrols and headcounts to maintain order
- Respond to emergencies and incidents with appropriate protocols
- Document incidents and maintain accurate shift reports
- Screen visitors and control facility access points
- Implement rehabilitation programs and enforce facility rules

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Louisiana Peace Officer certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Pass background check, drug screen, and physical fitness assessment
- Minimum 21 years of age with valid driver's license
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in security, law enforcement, or corrections preferred
