Responsibilities
- Oversee county-wide public health programs including immunization initiatives and disease surveillance
- Manage departmental budget ($5M+) and secure federal/state grants
- Lead crisis response teams for public health emergencies
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community stakeholders
- Develop data-driven health policy recommendations
- Supervise 50+ staff across clinical and non-clinical divisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or Healthcare Administration
- 5+ years in public health leadership or government healthcare
- Oklahoma government or healthcare compliance certification
- Proven grant writing and budget management experience
- Crisis management and emergency response certification
- Strong data analytics and policy development skills
