- Assist attorneys and the public with court procedures, docket searches, and processing fees.
- Maintain accurate, organized records of court cases and ensure data entry is precise.
- Prepare dockets and assist judges during court sessions.
- Handle cash handling for filing fees, fines, and fines accurately.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
