Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate court records, documents, and case files
- Process legal filings, warrants, and administrative paperwork with strict attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys, litigants, and court visitors
- Coordinate with judges, court staff, and law enforcement agencies
- Operate case management systems and maintain digital records
- Prepare official correspondence and court orders
- Assist in jury coordination and courtroom logistics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years clerical or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and record-keeping software
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
