Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and software solutions for state agencies.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding information technology and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT systems analysis, development, or administration.
