Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on federal networks
- Implement and monitor security controls for classified systems
- Incident response coordination during cyber attacks
- Develop security policies and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with DoD agencies on threat intelligence sharing
- Maintain CISSP or equivalent security certifications
- Lead security awareness training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in federal IT security
- Active Secret security clearance (minimum)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Experience with NIST 800-53 framework implementation
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, ArcSight)
- Strong knowledge of DoD RMF process
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance if required
