- Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of government data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL and Power BI to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal data privacy regulations and security protocols.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for legislative bodies and agency leadership.
- Manage database backups and implement data integrity measures to safeguard sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or systems administration.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is required.
- Experience with government compliance standards and data privacy laws is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a standard background check.
