Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of Project 2026, ensuring alignment with global tech milestones.
- Architect and deploy high-throughput quantum computing environments using next-gen hardware.
- Oversee a cross-functional team of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists.
- Develop proprietary algorithms capable of solving complex optimization problems in real-time.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading technical teams and engineering high-impact software.
- Deep expertise in Quantum Computing (Qiskit, Cirq) or Advanced AI/ML architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems under tight deadlines.
