Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to identify high-impact technology investments.
- Oversee the integration of Web3 and decentralized systems into current product ecosystems.
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging tech adoption and risk management.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, software engineering, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a Fortune 500 or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Cloud Architecture.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong focus on ethical AI and data privacy compliance.
