Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution of 2026 technology roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech domains
- Direct cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, researchers, and product specialists
- Drive innovation through partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and resource optimization for future-focused initiatives
- Ensure compliance with emerging ethical AI and data governance frameworks
- Present technological vision and progress to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech sectors
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech integration, or sustainable infrastructure
- Track record of scaling teams and delivering complex tech projects ahead of market curves
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with international tech ecosystem and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Agile/Scalable methodologies preferred
