Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers, data scientists, and architects to drive innovation.
- Oversee the architecture of secure, scalable systems capable of supporting global growth.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) for potential integration.
- Establish best practices for agile development and maintain high technical standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget and resources for high-impact R&D projects.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across all departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong background in AI integration and automated systems.
