Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum, Web3) and integrate them into business models.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to prototype future-state solutions.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Oversee the adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation standards.
- Manage a budget for innovation pilots and experimental technologies.
- Build partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Executive Consulting.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps (3-5 year horizon).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends accurately.
